Are there any harmful effects?

How is it taken?
1 capsule (2 grains per time...light/dark green) everyday 30 minutes before breakfast or meal before shift if working on a graveyard schedule. If you lose weight too fast or feel uncomfortable, you can decrease to;1 grain per time.
